Choose the module 'Galery' in the left black menu,  and find the text:

First you will see a white square like two buttons with text:  [Blokkeren]  [Toestaan].
Click on [Toestaan],  it allows Jitsi to use your camera en microphone.
Then there is a larger square with a black input field where you can enter your firstname (or whatever..).
In the bottom you see that the icons for microphone and camera are crossed with a slach.  Click on them first to remove the slashes.
If a new square with a box [Toestaan] (for the camera or the microphone) click again on the box [Toestaan].
Then there is a large bleu square with the text  [      Deelnemen aan de vergadering       V] .  Click on the blue box  to participate to the video chat.
